By creating an account or using FlowAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Service Usage
- Free users receive 3 AI tool uses per day and access to free prompts and templates
- Pro users receive unlimited access to all tools, prompts, and templates
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials
- Content generated through our tools is yours to use per your plan's license
4. Payment & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Cancel anytime through your dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
FlowAI retains ownership of the platform, tools, and prompt library. Content you generate using our tools belongs to you, subject to your plan's commercial license terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Generating harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
- Scraping or automated extraction of prompts or templates
- Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Using the service to develop competing products
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
